Kick and ban tools live in the Jagex client, not in the Blacksmith Portal console. Set an Admin Password and Owner ID, restart, then moderate from Settings → Server.

A kick drops someone from the current session; they can rejoin. A ban blocks them until an owner unbans them. Prefer a kick unless you are sure they should stay out.

Open Server Management

1. Join your world
2. Press Esc
3. Open Settings
4. Select the Server tab
5. Enter the admin password if you are not already the owner, then confirm

Kick or ban

1. Open the Social section on that Server screen
2. Select the player in the in-world list
3. Choose Kick or Ban

Kicked and banned players move into the matching lists on the same screen.

Unban

1. Stay on the Server screen
2. Select the player in the banned list
3. Choose Unban

Only the owner (Player ID matches Owner ID) can unban. Password admins cannot.

There is no Vintage Story-style whitelist and no Palworld /ban console command. To keep random players out, set a world password instead of relying on bans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can I not unban someone?

You authenticated with the admin password but you are not the owner. Join on the account whose Player ID is set as Owner ID, or change Owner ID (stop the server first) and restart.

Can I remove one admin without changing the password?

No. Admin access is the shared password, not a per-player ACL. Change Admin Password, restart, and share the new value only with people who should still moderate.
