Game Swap or Install Stuck on Restoring or Running Installer

Stuck on “Restoring from backup”

Game Swap can restore a backup and take a long time. The progress bar may look frozen.

1. Leave the server alone. Do not click Start, Swap, or Reinstall repeatedly.
2. Wait 15 to 30 minutes for large servers.
3. Refresh the panel once after waiting.

If the UI stays locked longer than that, contact support with your server ID (the #… id or panel URL). Staff can clear a stuck restore.

Stuck on “running installer”

A new install or reinstall can get an install lock. You cannot clear that from the panel.

1. Note your server ID
2. Contact support
3. Do not keep clicking Start
