What Are Gateway/Service Fees?
Gateway/Service fees are costs AleForge incurs on the customer’s behalf when we process your payment. AleForge passed these fees on to the customer to help keep our server prices as low as possible. If we include the processing fees in our product costs, we have to increase prices by 20-50% per product to cover all international and domestic transaction costs. Transparency about these fees helps customers understand the cost and fairly distribute the transaction costs where they are incurred. All fees are the exact cost we receive from the payment gateway for each transaction.
