Suspensions and Terminations

This guide will go over and describe what our suspension and termination policies are for AleForge.

How can I see the due date for my service?

Section titled “How can I see the due date for my service?”

You can go to the Services section of our billing site to see the next due date for your service.

Alternatively, you can look at the invoices section, which also shows the due date of each invoice.

All payments are due at exactly 9:00 AM EST of the due date listed on the billing site.

When a service is suspended, all access to the server will be prevented, and the service will be stopped. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to download or edit the files, nor will you be able to start the server. The service will be automatically unsuspended once the overdue invoice is paid.

No files are lost or deleted while a server is suspended.

When an invoice is unpaid, it will result in the service being suspended one day after the due date at 9:00 AM EST.

Example:

If your invoice is due on the 1st at 9:00 AM EST and no payment is received before 9:00 AM EST on the 2nd, the service will be automatically suspended.

When a service is terminated, all files and configurations related to the service will be permanently deleted.

If payment is not received, overdue services will be terminated 32 days after the due date. This allows customers to pay for their service before termination in case of unexpected hardship.

Warning

If your service is terminated, all data, including saves and mods related to the service, will be permanently deleted. Once a service is terminated, all data will be purged from our systems permanently. If we are contacted quickly enough, we may be able to recover data from our emergency node backups. Contact us quickly to see if we can recover the files. If we do have the files, you can order a new server, and we can restore the server files to it.
